How quickly do you write and mail orders?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, the exact timeframe may vary based on the size of your order and the volume of orders in our queue at the time. All items are shipped via First Class mail through the US Postal Service, with domestic delivery generally taking 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times are dependent on USPS schedules, and shipping may be affected by delays or service disruptions.
How do you write the notes?
Great question! PEN&CARDS uses custom-designed handwriting robots that hold real pens to write out the notes in the handwriting style of your choice.
Do you address the envelope as well?
Absolutely! We craft the envelopes with the same meticulous attention to detail as your note, ensuring consistency.
Will people know the card wasn’t sent by me?
Our handwriting is so realistic that it’s nearly impossible to tell it apart from genuine human writing. In most cases, unless you specifically ask the recipient if the note was written by a robot, they won’t even suspect it. Additionally, the card includes your return address and a real stamp. The only potential giveaway is the postmark, which will be from New York

Yes! We’re proud to offer international shipments to Canada and over 180 countries for the price of an international stamp, which is currently $1.65.
